  • 1st year's content: first-level EHL certificate and luxury experience (codes of luxury, a night at the Palace, organisation of the gala and field trip in Paris)
  • Placement: 5-month internship in Food & Beverages provided by the school
  • 2nd year's content: EHL professional diploma (supervision of front-office and housekeeping operations, hotel etiquette and protocol, hotel accounting and budgeting, law, rooms sales and marketing, people training and development, purchasing, rooms administration and the art of butler service, hotel & restaurant concept foundation, hotel trends and innovation) plus the luxury experience (lectures mostly in French)
  • Placement: 5-month internship in rooms division provided by the school
