After a BTS Management in hotel and catering at the Lycée Hôtelier Paul Arène in Sisteron, Félix Le Bœuf-Nyssen obtained the Bachelor of Management in 2021 at the Luxury Hotelschool. Before, therefore, prolonging his rise in skills thanks to the university master program. “Based on academic research, the Master's course allows us to acquire many notions in terms of management, leadership and interculturality.”

In the field, Félix already has a solid experience. In a human-sized structure, first of all, at the Hotel Spa Le Calendal in Arles: reception, concierge, housekeeping, quality control, front office... “This two-year contract alternating with my BTS taught me a lot in the hotel world.”

At the end of his Bachelor's degree at the Luxury Hotelschool hotel school, Félix then completed an internship in Dubai, at Jumeirah Al Qasr, as an F&B Team Leader on two catering points. “This first management experience in these two restaurants was very rewarding. This internship in Dubai marked me with very marked cultural differences that were essential to understand in order to ensure the best management of daily activities, the well-being of employees and customer satisfaction.”

In July 2022, Félix will join the Palace Le Bristol Paris for his end-of-studies internship. “An honor to make my contribution to this superb establishment.” In the position of executive assistant in the reception and conference department, he will supervise the preparation of events and ensure the smooth running and monitoring of the production of operations.
