With 40 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Jean-Louis Souman has held executive positions at various luxury hotels in Europe, including Le Bristol Palace in Paris. Until 2016, he was Managing Director of Auberge Saint-Antoine in Quebec City, one of Canada's top rated hotels.

A Knight in the National Order of Merit and awarded the Gold Medal for Tourism, Jean-Louis Souman teaches the subjects “Organizational Behavior & Leadership”, “Strategic Service Operations” and “Quality Management”.
