Passionate about the professions of the hospitality industry, Maxime has moved, after a BTS hotel, towards the specific luxury sector. And after obtaining the Bachelor's degree at the Luxury Hotelschool, he continued his Master's degree there.

“The Master's curriculum we take in partnership with London South Bank University offers an international dimension to our degree, which, in a highly dynamic and international industry, is a huge advantage. The school's fame and its close link to many palaces are also considerable assets.”

“I particularly appreciate the leadership courses, intercultural management and the numerous seminars given by luxury hospitality professionals. Exciting courses because perfectly connected with reality and that respond to current issues and topics that we will soon be confronted during our career.”

The knowledge and skills developed during the Master's degree at the Luxury Hotelschool will be a solid background at the dawn of its career: intercultural management, communication, decision-making, service, sense of detail, teamwork, time management... Skills and know-how already exercised and proven during the many internships, especially in England and Scotland within the Accor group. “During my different experiences, I was able to develop operational skills in kitchen, service, housekeeping or reception. These experiences allowed me to understand and assimilate the basics of the different services of a hotel. Essential basics when you want to manage teams.”

Managing and guiding teams is indeed Maxime's goal. “In a people-oriented industry, sharing experience, exchange and excellence, management and leadership are very important competencies. Through our Leadership courses, we benefit from a theoretical approach (to understand) combined with a more concrete approach thanks to numerous exchanges with palaces directors (to apply and contextualize). This perfect mix allows us to understand and adopt our own leadership style.”
