Michaela Amader, Sales Director, Excelsior Hotel Gallia, Milan

Michaëla Amader graduated from Luxury Hotelschool in 2014 and is Director of Sales at Excelsior Hotel Gallia, a Luxury Collection, Milan. An iconic and historic establishment in the Lombard capital, part of Marriott International. It was built in 1932 by the Gallia family and renovated in 2015 after 4 and a half years of work.

“I am responsible for the UK and France markets, mainly looking for new business by consolidating existing relationships with my contacts (agencies, corporate, consortia) and continuously exploring new customers,” she explains. “I travel very regularly to maintain a strong relationship with my clients. Six months after my arrival, our actions are already bearing fruit.”

From her training at the Luxury Hotelschool, Michaëla retains “the academic quality of English courses with teachers from London and Lausanne, with a very enriching vision and experience. Leadership courses have particularly marked me. The school was a real springboard for me.”

Before joining Milan, Michaela had experiences at the Meurice, St. Regis Bora Bora Resort and then at the Paris Marriott Opera Ambassador. “Joining the Excelsior Hotel Gallia corresponds to a need for new challenges, evolution within a prestigious and luxurious establishment, but also the personal desire to live in a new country and discover a new culture.”
