Ngoc-Anh Hoa, General Manager of Aravinda Resort in Vietnam

Graduated from Luxury Hotelschool in 2013, Ngoc-Anh Hoa is now CEO and owner of Aravinda Resort in Ninh Binh, Vietnam. A beautiful property with 30 rooms and villas nestled amidst stunning nature. A restaurant, Le Bourgeon Vert, and a spa, Fleur de Sel Spa, complete this iconic painting.
After having had “the chance to learn French language and civilization for 14 years in Vietnam”, Ngoc Anh opted for the wealth of training at the Luxury Hotelschool with his courses in management, leadership and strategy. And a few years later, in 2016, returning to her homeland, she initiated a family project to create Aravinda Resort. In Sanskrit (an Indo-European language), Aravinda means “blue lotus”, a symbol of tranquility, conviction and purified heart.
“I will never forget my first days at the Luxury Hotelschool, where we started by learning dress codes and politeness formulas. In the end, the codes of luxury became familiar to us. The school gave me the keys that allowed me to realize my ambition, to open a luxury establishment in my country, Vietnam, which previously seemed to be a dream.”
“Luxury hospitality is an art that has no borders. The people who work in it are the creators. They bring together the needs of targeted customers and social elements such as living conditions, cultures and standardized hospitality criteria to create a set of high-quality products and services to bring customers unique and rewarding experiences.”
