The restaurant is open on weekdays from October 29 to April 5. Every day, a new chef prepares a different menu from the day before. Every week, new seasonal products and first-class products are prepared. And for each service, a warm welcome, generous cuisine and culinary prowess just like the best semi-gastro restaurants in Paris. The Luxury Hotelschool offers the opportunity to enjoy French gastronomy for a reasonable price within its restaurant Le Charles.
The school’s restaurant was named Le Charles in memory of Charles Bouvier, great-grandfather of the current president. Charles Bouvier was Commander of the Presidential Train from 1912 to 1929. The family collection of his historic menus adorns the walls of the restaurant.
