“A Night at the Palace” for First-Year Bachelor Students. Students take part in a unique hospitality school program: an exclusive stay in a Palace hotel. At Le Bristol Paris, they immerse themselves in the guest experience, discovering the specific codes of luxury, as well as the high standards and excellence that define the world of upscale hospitality.

They engage with industry professionals, gain behind-the-scenes access to Le Bristol’s workshops (wine cellar, bakery, chocolate atelier…), admire the iconic suspended pool on the hotel’s sixth floor, enjoy a cocktail at Café Antonia or Le Bar du Bristol, spend an unforgettable night, and savor a gourmet breakfast. The highlight of the “A Night at the Palace” program? A memorable dinner at the Michelin-starred restaurant, 114 Faubourg.

A few days later, students present and share their experiences at school, reflecting on the essence of luxury. A special thanks to the entire team at Le Bristol Paris for their hospitality and to Marie Pabis, Senior Reservation Agent, for her presence on campus during the debriefing session.

A Study Trip to Reims to Explore the Champagne Industry. Third-year Bachelor students at the Luxury Hotelschool are invited to discover the marketing innovation strategies used in the Champagne industry through concrete examples. To gain a deep understanding of this prestigious sector, students meet with industry leaders, including visits to renowned Champagne houses such as Champagne Deutz, founded in 1838, and Maison Louis Brochet.

Among the other inspiring encounters: Arnaud Lallement, the acclaimed Chef of L’Assiette Champenoise, a three Michelin-starred restaurant where students enjoyed a remarkable lunch; Maxie Develle, Sales Director of Hôtel & Spa La Caserne Chanzy; Philippe Varin and Pierre-Emmanuel Taittinger from the Simon-Marq stained glass workshop; and Catherine Delot, Director of the Musée-Hôtel Le Vergeur. A huge thank you to these key players in tourism and hospitality in Champagne for their warm welcome and invaluable insights!
