The Bachelor at the Luxury Hotelschool brings you to the heart of luxury in the capital, in the most beautiful places where you learn to evolve naturally. In the header at Hôtel de Crillon, students met with Princess Beatrice d'Orléans for an exceptional conference on the definition of luxury.

Social skills

The Bachelor includes an educational part in savoir-être, savoir-vivre, the codes of luxury... Many seminars prepare students for their life in luxury hotels: protocol, etiquette, propriety, how to dress, to stand, and personal grooming.

First-year students spend the day at Hilton Opera. They are seating in a suite with their lecturer.
In Paris

Part of the lectures is organised in Parisian grand hotels, to invite their managers to participate in the lectures, but also to familiarise yourselves with life in upper-scale hotels. Here, first year students learn rooms division management at Hilton Opera.

Back to school!

An opportunity to study luxury hospitality in French with up to 80% of lectures in English in the final year. In this video, French students comment on their first day back to school after a first placement in luxury hotels.

Field trip in Champagne

The Bachelor includes many activities to familiarise students with the world of luxury such as a night at the Palace and a field trip to Reims where Chef Arnaud Lallement welcomes you in his 3-star Michelin restaurant.

Programme details

  • Duration: 3 years
  • Admission requirements: A-level or high school diploma, or any other bac equivalent, CEFRL C1 in French

  • 1st year's content: operational training, management of operations, customer relationship management, marketing, finance, international communication, luxury code seminars, a night at the Palace, field trip in Paris (80% in French)
  • 2nd year's content: management of operations, strategic marketing, human resources management, contemporary issues, finance, IT, international communication, luxury code seminars (60% in French)
  • 3rd year's content: negociation and sales, serious game, event management, quality management, project management, business strategy, international communication, luxury code seminars, field trip (20% in French)

  • Award: CTH Level-6 Advanced Diploma, State-approved (UK)
  • Typical age of students: 17-22 yo
  • Number of students: 60
  • Schedule: only one intake in October, lectures until April then placement from May to September, about 400 contact hours per year during 20 weeks
  • Fees: 14,800 Euros per year for UK and EU students and 19,800 Euros per year for international students (including lunch on days with lectures).

  • 3rd year's content: human resource management, international hospitality operations, event management, heritage management, management challenge, extended essay, international communication, luxury code seminars (lectures are 100% in English)

UK Bachelor

The UK Bachelor's degree is exceptional and unique as it is jointly delivered with a UK University in a French hotel school in Paris, the best of two worlds: Anglo-saxon management and French tradition of service and luxury. The programme includes two 5-month placements.

Top-up Bachelor

The Top-up Bachelor is a 1-year management programme with a focus on operations management. Taught in English, it includes a training in operations, luxury attitude and management, plus a 5-month placement.
