This training, eligible for funding through the CPF (Personal Training Account), is specifically aimed at professionals who wish to retrain or improve their skills and become managers.

It is offered in a hybrid format, combining online resources and video conferencing courses, to provide you with optimal flexibility.

Two sessions are held each year, with 10 months of classes (90 hours of video conferencing and 210 hours of online study).

If you complete the 5 competency blocks, you will earn the Bachelor’s degree from the Luxury Hotelschool titled "Operational Manager in Luxury Hospitality," a professional certification at level 6 registered with the RNCP (National Register of Professional Certifications).

1. OPENING OF THE APPLICATION FILE.

2. SELECTION INTERVIEW.

The personal interview is aimed at understanding your career plans. We are looking for applicants with a sense of service, good interpersonal skills and an international outlook. Des candidats disposant d’une expérience en hôtellerie restauration ou, dans le cadre d’une reconversion ou d’un changement de voie, ayant une forte appétence pour l’univers et les métiers de l’hospitalité, du tourisme et de l’événementiel.

3. ADMISSION.

We will communicate the confirmation of your admission within two weeks following the interview.

Admission after a two-year degree (bac +2) in a related field or with a high school diploma (bac) and a minimum of two years of experience in hotel management.
